Booking & cancellation conditions
Booking
To confirm your reservation, a 100% deposit is required, which can be paid by credit card, as indicated in our booking system. Our prices are in HUF and are gross prices, which include tourist tax.
Accommodation is free for children under 3 years.
A minimum of 2 nights can be booked during peak periods and weekends!
We accept pets, regardless of the length of the booked period, for a ONE-TIME cleaning fee of 4000 HUF (10 EUR) (which we ask you to place in the key box created for this purpose before departure). We provide a bowl for water and food, but please bring your pet's own bed and pillow!
In the booking system, select the selected days and enter your details. You will receive confirmation of your successful booking by email.
cancelation
Cancellation is possible only by e-mail, at borgapartmanok@gmail.com. The reservation can be canceled freely 14 days before arrival, as a result of which the full amount of the deposit will be refunded. In case of cancellation within 14 days, we are unable to refund the reservation fee.
Modification
Reservation changes must be made in writing by sending a request to borgapartmanok@gmail.com. The date can only be changed up to 14 days before the arrival date, if there is space available. The new date will be confirmed in writing.
Payment

If you decide to end your stay early, we are unable to refund the amount paid.
The tourist tax is included in the accommodation price. It amounts to 750 HUF per night for each person over 18 years of age.
Please notify us in advance if you require a corporate account!
Check in & Check out
The accommodation can be occupied from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. If you would like to use the accommodation at a different time, prior arrangement with the accommodation provider is required.
